This unique state of the art cladding system utilises 15mm or 20mm thick kiln fired clay brick slip tiles permanently bonded to a patented high impact Styrene template backer panel.Panel: Vacuum formed styrene skin bonded to 15mm, 25mm or 50mm thick, tongue and groove extruded polystyrene closed-cell foam insulation. Each Eurobrick System panel measures, nominally, 1200mm x 2400mm and has 32 horizontal tracks which run across the width. Brick: All Eurobrick standard system bricks are kiln fired, clay brick that meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-216 for SW (Severe weather grade, type TBS brick). All bricks are modular sized: Straights - 215mm x 65mm x 15mm or 20mm Corners- 215mm x 65mm x 15mm x 100mm x 65mm x 15mm Fasteners: Nylon plastic washer, 44mm diameter, used in conjunction with a wood, metal or masonry screw.
